Our audience is on LinkedIn.
Let's meet them there.

Performance marketers, our ICP, are on LinkedIn daily. It's where they stay sharp, form opinions, and discover tools. This is a POV on how we show up there in a way that compounds over time.

Pillars: brand content,
exec voices, team amplification
01

Our ICP lives here

Performance marketers use LinkedIn to stay sharp: new trends, peer content, industry takes. It's where they form opinions about platforms and tools. Including ours.

02

Reach compounds here like nowhere else

LinkedIn's algorithm surfaces content that people in your network have engaged with — meaning a single like can push a post into hundreds of feeds beyond the original poster's audience. The more people who engage with MNTN-adjacent content, the wider our reach grows, automatically and organically.

03

A strong MNTN following amplifies everything

Building the MNTN company page following isn't just about vanity metrics. Every follower we earn means every engagement from MNTN — a like, a comment, a repost — radiates further. A bigger following makes the whole program work harder.

04

People follow people first

Strong personal brands from our exec team make MNTN feel credible and human. People follow interesting voices, and then they find the company behind them.

Strategy pillars

The 3 pillars of
our LinkedIn strategy.

Three focused bets that build on each other. Each one creates reach. Together, they compound.

01 — MNTN Brand Presence

Build MNTN's company page and exec voices into a unified presence.

  • Consistent cadence on the MNTN company page
  • Exec voices developed alongside brand content
  • Product, research, culture, and industry POV
  • Growing the follower base that powers everything else

02 — Content Feed

A curated, always-on library of ready-to-post content.

  • Organized by vertical, product, season, and strategy
  • Employees pick what fits their voice and post
  • Content refreshed on a rolling basis
  • Each post earns carrots through Assembly

03 — Team amplification

Turn every MNTN employee into a reach multiplier.

  • Curated content feed employees can post from
  • MNTN likes every employee post within 24 hours
  • Reach expands with every post, at zero ad cost
  • Employees earn carrots through Assembly

Building the faces behind the brand

These are starting examples. The "faces" can be expanded or swapped based on who's best positioned to build a following.

When an exec likes or posts something, it surfaces in their entire network's feed. When MNTN then engages, it hits all our company followers too. Their audience and MNTN's audience grow together.

Content feed + incentives

A ready-to-post library
for every MNTN employee.

We build and maintain a feed of curated content organized by topic. Employees pick what fits their voice, post it, earn carrots. MNTN likes the post — reach grows.

Content organized so people can post authentically — picking topics that genuinely match their role or interests.

Product
We just shipped a big update to MNTN's audience targeting — real-time household signals now update every 60 seconds. The kind of precision that used to take days.
Strategy
Upper funnel without measurement isn't strategy, it's hope. The best performance marketers tie every awareness dollar back to a conversion signal. Here's how we think about it at MNTN.
Seasonal
Q4 is six weeks away. If your CTV creative isn't locked, the window is closing fast. What's your holiday strategy looking like this year?
Culture
Really proud of our team. Just wrapped our biggest product sprint of the year — the things being built here are genuinely exciting.
How it compounds

The reach flywheel.

LinkedIn's algorithm now prioritizes personal profiles over company pages. That's actually in our favor — if we build the program right.

561%
more reach from employee-shared content vs. company page posts
5.2x
amplified reach for posts with 3+ comments in the first 60 minutes
10x
more 1st-degree connections across employees vs. company page followers

5
Reach multiplies
Every future post hits a bigger audience automatically
LinkedIn restructured its algorithm to prioritize personal profiles. Company pages now get 60–66% less organic reach than they did in 2024 — but posts from individuals still travel far. The play is to route our message through people, not just the brand page. Exec profiles and employee posts are how we stay visible. That said, we still want to actively build the MNTN company page: a strong follower base there is what makes every employee like and exec engagement ripple further. The brand page and personal profiles grow each other.
Pilot plan

90 days to see
if this works.

We're not proposing a full program overhaul out of the gate. Just a tight 90-day pilot: build the foundation, run the program, and report back honestly on what we see.

Phase Timeline Focus What we're watching for
Phase 1 Weeks 1–4 Build the content library, brief the exec team, establish a company page cadence (3x/week). Soft launch to a small group of volunteer employees. Content feed live, execs briefed, 10+ employees opted in
Phase 2 Weeks 5–8 Open the program company-wide. Activate carrot incentives through Assembly. MNTN begins liking employee posts within 24 hours of publish. Participation rate, week-over-week follower growth, post impressions
Phase 3 Weeks 9–12 Review data, double down on what's working, pull together learnings. Present a full read-out to leadership with a go/no-go on a broader program. Clear follower growth trend, impression lift, employee sentiment on the program
